Our order created 4 new jobs for young apprentices - we want to help small business succeed and expand. Every penny spent in our venue stays in Manchester and the local economy

Oliver Walker has won young Scottish chef of the year and has most recently worked as Head Chef at the Botanist. He has a huge passion for British cuisine. Our menu is seasonal and uses only the freshest ingredients - most of them coming from The Manchester Fruit and Veg people - keeping it as local as possible!

Our food is British Classics with a modern twist, our signature dishes are our Corned Beef Hash, the salt beef is braised in house for 24 hours to enhance flavour and texture, then cooked for 12 hours to finish - it tastes incredible! Also our Three Rivers Gin battered fish and chips is extremely popular with our 'secret recipe Manchester Caviar'. As well as our life changing popcorn cockles - try them you, won't go back! Our drinks in 1761 are inspired by Manchester - our signature 'This is the place' cocktail uses edible pollen and has the famous poem by Tony Walsh attached.
